Bridger Roy is a Lead Associate (Intelligence & Technology Expert) for Booz Allen Hamilton supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and various Intelligence Community (IC) agencies/departments. … He is currently advising the Office of the Under Secretary ofDefense for Research & Engineering OUSD(R&E) at the DOD. He serves as the IC Contractor Lead for OUSD(R&E) to liaise with the IC to advance the DOD’s 14 critical/emerging technologies areas (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Biotechnology, Direct Energy, Hypersonic, Quantum Sciences, Space Systems) for the IC and DOD Enterprises for long-term strategic planning purposes. Overall, Bridger has 17 years of experience for the U.S. Executive Branch, including 10 years of technology leadership roles in program management and policy advising for the DOD and IC. He also served as a White House Presidential Appointment for the George W. Bush administration at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (2005-2009). Bridger also does part-time independent consulting and advisory roles for various start-up industries, including green technology, FinTech, and fundraising. Bridger holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. He also holds a Master of Arts in Global Policy from the School of Advanced International Affairs (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Service at Syracuse University.
