Previously, Frank worked at Segal Marco Advisors, where he oversaw the firm’s core business functions, including operations, compliance, finance, and IT. During his tenure, the firm achieved significant milestones, such as reducing operational costs, integrating mergers and acquisitions, and executing enterprise-wide IT and digital transformation initiatives. Frank’s career spans a diverse set of leadership roles across the financial services sector, including positions at Mellon Financial, the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, a startup mutual fund company, and a global currency trading desk. In addition to his corporate work, Frank is President of AndOne Capital, a consulting firm that supports small and mid-sized businesses with digital strategy, workflow automation, and online retail ventures such as Off Main Apparel. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer of New York Auto Experience Inc., a nonprofit organization.
